Training plans that leave the chat

PocketCoach turns AI coach plans into structured sessions, active workouts, approval cards, manual completion, and schedule-aware training.

PocketCoach can show AI-created training sessions as real scheduled items in the app. Sessions can include sport type, time, duration, exercises, coaching notes, completion state, and optional active workout logging.

A plan becomes a session

Ask for the week, review what the coach proposes, then see sessions in Today and Calendar. When changes are significant, approval cards keep the user in control before updates apply.

Calendar day, week, and month views.

Manual completion for users without a tracker.

Optional voice feedback after completing a session.

A plan you actually show up to.

The sport, time, and exercises your coach proposes land in Today and Calendar as a real session, not just a suggestion in a chat thread. Complete it, log it, or tell your coach what changed.

Clear answers

Does PocketCoach calculate training load?

No. The app does not calculate training load, recovery scores, pace zones, or deterministic recommendations in app code. Coaching reasoning comes from the AI provider.

What happens if I miss a session?

The app can mark sessions as missed and the user can tell the coach what happened so future planning can be adjusted by the AI coach.

Can the coach delete sessions automatically?

Significant changes can be presented as approval proposals, so the user can approve or cancel before the schedule changes.
