PocketCoach terms covering AI coaching limits, third-party services, BYOK, medical disclaimer, user responsibilities, and governing law.
PocketCoach provides AI-generated training, nutrition, and recovery suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not a medical service, and the AI coach is not a licensed professional.
Acceptance of terms
Using PocketCoach constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
AI coaching disclaimer
PocketCoach uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching content. AI suggestions are informational only and are not medical advice.
Professional limits
Use of PocketCoach does not create a coach-client, trainer-client, therapist-client, nutritionist-client, or medical professional relationship.
Assumption of risk
Physical exercise carries inherent risk. Users are responsible for assessing whether activities are appropriate and should stop immediately if concerning symptoms occur.
Third-party services
PocketCoach integrates with services including Strava, Google, Microsoft, Intervals.icu, AI providers, Supabase, and Expo. Their own terms and policies apply.
Bring your own key
If you provide your own AI provider API key, your use of that provider is subject to its terms and charges.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
