PocketCoach privacy policy covering health and fitness data, AI processing, Strava data, calendar sync, retention, rights, and third-party services.
PocketCoach processes account, profile, health and fitness, check-in, conversation, calendar, and connected-service data to provide AI coaching features. The app requires explicit consent for health-data processing and AI processing.
Who we are
PocketCoach is a mobile AI coaching application intended for adults aged 18 and over. PocketCoach is the data controller for the processing described here.
Consent and lawful basis
PocketCoach asks for explicit consent before processing health and fitness data and before sending relevant context to AI providers. Users can withdraw consent in Settings.
Data collected
Account data, profile data, health and fitness data, morning check-ins, session feedback, voice note transcriptions, calendar event data, device data, usage data, and connected-service data.
Waitlist
If you join the pre-launch waitlist, we collect your email address and limited context about how you arrived (the page path, referrer, campaign parameters, and a submission timestamp) to manage early access and send early-access emails. You can ask us to remove you at any time at support@pocketcoachhq.com.
AI processing
Profile information, training context, check-ins, and conversation history may be sent to configured AI providers to generate coaching responses.
Strava data
When connected, Strava summary fields may be collected. GPS coordinates, route polylines, location data, photos, kudos, comments, and social data are not collected according to current app docs.
Retention and deletion
Users can delete conversations, memories, connected-service data, and accounts through app flows. Account deletion removes personal data according to the app policy timeline.
Your rights
GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact support at support@pocketcoachhq.com.
