AI coach where plans happen

Chat with an AI coach that can create plans, remember preferences, explain changes, and support BYOK access while clearly disclosing AI limits.

The PocketCoach Coach tab lets you chat with an AI coach in the mobile app. The coach can create training and nutrition plans, store useful memories, explain schedule changes, and use current app context. It is an AI system, not a human or licensed professional.

Ask for the actual change

Tell your coach what changed this week: missed sessions, poor sleep, travel, soreness, race goals, or schedule limits. PocketCoach keeps the conversation tied to the plan, not floating in a separate chat thread.

Clear answers

Is the coach human?

No. PocketCoach uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching responses. It is not a licensed coach, trainer, nutritionist, therapist, or medical professional.

Can I use my own API key?

PocketCoach supports bring-your-own-key flows for supported AI providers, subject to provider terms and costs.

What does coach memory mean?

Coach memory means stored facts and corrections, such as goals, schedule preferences, injuries, or recurring execution notes. Users can view and delete memories in the app.
